Returns

Please retain the original packaging.  In the unlikely instance that there is an issue with your order, these are essential to resolving your case as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You can cancel your order without penalty at any time prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse.

If the goods have left the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control Returns Charges will apply. These reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • The customer cancels the order after the items have been dispatched.
  • We are unable to complete the delivery due to access issues.
  • The customer is unavailable or unable to take delivery of the goods.
  • The customer provided incorrect contact number and address.
  • The customer refused the delivery.


Please note: All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of delivery/cancellation.

All mattresses 'only' orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days and are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.  Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses, which have been opened and slept on, cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

We are confident that you will be delighted with your furniture. In the unlikely event that you should wish to return an item to us, we are pleased to offer a 7 day money back guarantee, commencing the day after delivery.

This means you have the right to cancel your order and return within 7 working days without charge; the only liability being for any Delivery and Returns carriage cost. Please call us for an exact amount as each product varies.

Please remember that although we offer Free Delivery we do subsidise your delivery fees on these items, if you wish to return these items we reserve the right to refund less than the original purchase price. This is because we subsidise your original delivery fees which are absorbed in our profit margin, unfortunately we cannot do this for returned items therefore returns charges will apply.

All items are thoroughly checked and inspected for faults and damages before they leave our warehouse, these are then Quality tested and controlled for dispatch.  In order for us to deal with you query as quickly as possible If any items are incorrect, damaged or faulty you should notify us immediately by email to admin@pelleitalianfurniture.co.uk You will need to provide us with the order number on your email and also provide images of the damaged items immediately. If any item is damaged please do not assemble the item as we may not be able to accept your return after this point. Please ensure you report all damages within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

After this 7 day period, we are unable to accept returns of any items purchased.
